Dover Environmental Sciences expierienced staff provides Phase I, II, and III site
assessments and other environmental services.
Phase I: Site visit and document review of the near by area to determine if further environmental investigation
is advised. Phase I includes a review of local and government documents to determine the past usage
of a site including information on surrounding properties that may be a potential risk to the site being
investigated.
Phase II: If a phase I determines that further investigative work should be performed, to protect the interests of
everyone involved a phase II should be implemented which involves more technical aspects of the
environmental field such as but not limited to soil sampling and test borings.
Phase III: If a phase II has determined that environmental action is warranted a phase III involves the remediation
of the site.
